What is an Enneagram Cadre?
Our Enneagram Cadre is a small group of people being developed toward a particular purpose: to integrate good Enneagram wisdom into their own life and the lives of those with whom they have influence… with an eye toward the depth and journey that the Enneagram offers.
The Enneagram Cadre is taught explicitly through an integrated experience of the contemplative tradition of the Christian faith. While we certainly focus on the wisdom the Enneagram has to offer, we will also be participating in spiritual practices during our times together.
You can count on excellent teaching, the sharing of stories, laughter, tears and deep connection with others, while doing important soul work. We would love for YOU to join us in this deep dive!
And if you love it as much as our Cadres from 2020-2024, there will be an opportunity to join us for a second year (or more) of growth!
Details for the meetings
The Enneagram Cadre meets seven times throughout the year on Fridays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (See dates below.) We have two main venues we use and both are located north of Indianapolis, Indiana in the Williams Creek area and in Noblesville. Each session will begin with a focused conversation regarding the individual's current Enneagram work and then a discussion and in-depth look at different parts of the Enneagram. Healthy lunches and snacks are provided…and chocolate! There will always be good chocolate!

Tuition for Cadre is $1750 for the year. If you would like your spouse/partner to join you, we are offering for you both to join Cadre for $2000. We believe greatly in the amazing gift of growing together as a couple and are happy to offer this new option in 2025.
When you commit to Cadre by November 30, 2024, save $100.
When you commit to Cadre by December 31, 2024, save $50.
After your acceptance, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure your place. We will accept registrations for Cadre until March 1, 2025.
*As participants are expected to participate in every Cadre gathering, any missed gatherings will not be prorated.

Becoming” is one of my favorite words. It’s a word that evokes a theme of continuous growing into essence. Authentic living from our true hearts. Though in some circles the Enneagram is trendy, that does a huge disservice to the depth of the wisdom of the Enneagram. It is meant to be transformative. And it is. Other assessments are about actions. The Enneagram is about motivations and how we each bring a different perspective to life, choices, and interpersonal relationships.
The more I learn, the more I am amazed at what I learn about myself and God’s particular path for me to grow. It’s predictable and yet so personal. I love that. I’ve come to understand the behavior of others that I took personally was actually just them living from their unique perspective. It has enhanced my relationships 1000%. It has helped me be aware, accept and embrace myself, flaws and all for then transformation to occur. We will never grow spiritually beyond where we are emotionally. Said another way, emotional growth precedes spiritual growth. The Enneagram does just that.
Master teacher, David Bell, expertly crafts the wisdom of the Enneagram into every day life in the most practical ways through his own life experiences, as well as those of with whom he journeys alongside in the Enneagram. I can’t say enough about David’s phenomenal capacity to bring relevant teaching to those of us longing for transformation.
From my perspective, having a community to learn with, hear from and better understand others is a critical piece. Like all of us, I don’t know what I don’t know. The awareness I gain challenges me to dive deeper and supports me at the same time. Community is vital. I can’t recommend the Enneagram Cadre enough. If you have an inclination to grow personally and walk with your friends or clients in a transformative life, you owe it to yourself to take advantage of this opportunity to learn more.
