The following are our current offerings for the Spring of 2019:

Enneagram and Parenting: The Myth of Childhood Resiliency

Saturday, March 9th – 8:30am to 12:30pm
Location: Grace Church - North Indy campus
Cost: $50 / individual, OR
$80 / couple

We hear it often, even casually said: "Oh they'll be okay. Just do what you think is best. The kids will be okay with whatever you decide. Children are resilient." That last statement is a myth. Our children - when young, when 'tweeners, when teenagers - are directly affected by our choices and decisions, affected by our self-awareness and especially our movements toward health or unhealth & excess in our personality. Come to this practically-focused workshop to reflect on your parenting and how your Enneagram number and, if co-parenting, how the combination of your styles are affecting your parenting and more accurately, impacting your children.

Knowing the Enneagram 401: Integrating Spiritual Practices with the Enneagram

Friday, March 15th – 9am to 3pm
Location: Fall Creek Abbey
Cost: $70 / person

Though discussed in Knowing the Enneagram 101 & 201, this workshop moves more deeply into an understanding of key spiritual practices that connect to the Enneagram's wisdom for each core style. Opportunity is given to engage practices relevant to one's style followed by interaction about those experiences.

NOTE: Space is limited for this workshop to the first 10 people.

Knowing the Enneagram 101: Triads and Your Number

Friday, April 12th – 9am to 4pm
Location: Grace Church - North Indy campus
Cost: $85 / person

This workshop offers the opportunity to learn the initial wisdom of the Enneagram through an introduction to triads and each of the nine human character styles. Participants who will appreciate this workshop include those with no prior knowledge of the Enneagram or their core type to those who have engaged the Enneagram through books and podcasts but who have not experienced the Enneagram as an oral tradition by participating in a personal narrative setting to those who want a refresher in beginnings of the Enneagram wisdom.

Knowing the Enneagram 301: Stress, Security, and Pathways to Health

Friday, April 26th – 9am to 3pm
Location: Grace Church - North Indy campus
Cost: $70 / person

Though discussed in Knowing the Enneagram 101 & 201, this workshop moves more deeply into an understanding of the Enneagram's wisdom for each core style to care for oneself and move toward healing. Delving into one's Stress, and Secure numbers, participants gain a deeper understanding of how to move toward those numbers in ways that aid their movement toward health and wholeness. In addition, time is spent reflecting on the core wounding messages for each type so that care and healing can come. Finally, this workshop puts additional emphasis on "doing Enneagram work."

Enneagram and Relationships: "Tell Me More!"

Saturday, April 27th – 8:30am to 12:30pm
Location: Grace Church - North Indy campus
Cost: 1 person – $50
2 or more people – $40 / person

One of the greatest gifts of the Enneagram is the wisdom that people see the world nine different ways—through nine different "lenses." What's the implication of that wisdom? It means the Enneagram can particularly help us recognize how we see, recognize how others see, and then reconcile to one another saying, "Wow, that's not how I see it at all. Tell me more!" Come engage in this very practical workshop to reflect on how you can better relate to other by understanding yourself more accurately and others more compassionately.

NOTE: While this workshop will certainly be helpful to couples, it is not a "couples-based" workshop. It is for individuals to come one their own to reflect on themselves in relationships AND it is for anyone or anyones to come together to strengthen your relationship - a friend, roommates, family units with young adult children, and more.

Enneagram and Leadership

Friday, May 10th – 8:30am to 12:30pm
Location: Grace Church - North Indy campus
Cost: $50 / person

Leadership is taking intentional responsibility for our influence. And we are prone to being addicted to it in our culture today. So nothing matters more in our leadership, then, than who we are as leaders, namely that we are leaders of worthy character. Key to that character is recognizing our motives in leadership. What could be better than the Enneagram to offer us vital insight into those motives? This insight will help us to exercise our leadership healthily rather than in the unhealthy ways that cause collateral damage in the lives of others because of our influence. This half-day workshop will guide you to think practically about the impact your number is having on your leadership and how you might ensure that your influence is for the flourishing of those you lead.
