ENNEAGRAM TEACHER
DAVID A. BELL
I have been integrating the Enneagram wisdom into my life, relationships, and work for over a decade now. First it was personal… for me to understand myself and in particular, why I had found myself in the years preceding experiencing a season of acute anxiety. The insight that the Enneagram gave me into those years - that I had “workaholic-ed” myself into that place of anxiety as an Enneagram 3 trying to be successful in the eyes of important others - not only brought healing and freedom from that pursuit, but also the wisdom to know how to avoid that path again.
And then it turned professional as I began to use the Enneagram wisdom in my work as a pastor both with individuals and couples as well as some teaching within the church context. In all my years of interpersonal work with people, I had never seen life-change and growth as a much as I did (and do) when integrating the Enneagram into the conversations. I was hooked!
Fast forward to 2018, I transitioned from my role on church staff and Betsie and I began Enneagram Insight in the pursuit of bringing good Enneagram wisdom - in contrast to what we see as lots of trendy, shallow, and even flippant uses of the Enneagram on Facebook, Instagram, and the like as well as even some books - to individuals, couples, groups, businesses, organizations, and churches locally and beyond as opportunity presented itself. In the past four plus years, this Enneagram work has included:
over 100 workshops and seminars covering 500+ hours of teaching
over 150 different individuals and couples in 1,000+ hours of coaching sessions
and time with over 50 businesses, organizations, and churches - sometimes for one multi-hour introductory workshop, others for up to two years of ongoing teaching sessions - and everything in between.
It has been a privilege to journey alongside so many, seeing how the Enneagram has strengthened them to enhance rather than sabotage what matters most to each one!
What “certifies” me to do this work? My initial training was with Crosspoint Ministry in 2015 followed by a weekend training for practitioners with Suzanne Stabile in 2017 that led to a year of study with Suzanne as part of her Enneagram Cohort in 2018. I have continued my own Enneagram learning with study since then through ongoing participation in International Enneagram Association offerings (of which I am a professional member) as well as Professional Certification through the Chestnut Paes Enneagram Academy in Spring 2022 with an anticipated finish in Summer 2023.
When I’m not doing Enneagram work, I’m leading a local faith-based nonprofit called Circle City Fellows, an initiative that invests in adults to equip and empower them for good work in their industries for the sake of the flourishing of the city of greater Indianapolis.
But more important than all of these descriptions is the joy and privilege of being husband to Betsie and Dad to my two sons and one daughter as I personally continue to grow in my understanding and embrace of who I am as God’s beloved son who is always in union with God!

LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR
Jenni is a gifted and compassionate therapist with a passion to see her clients come to a deeper understanding of themselves so that they might grow toward health and wholeness.
For over 10 years this passion has been expressed through her work as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Grief Counseling Specialist with experience not only through one on one direct client services, but through group work as well. Jenni’s Enneagram journey began in the summer of 2018, first learning and growing for herself as an Enneagram 8 followed by ever-increasing Enneagram integration into her practice with clients and groups. Jenni looks forward to specifically continuing that work with clients through connections and opportunities afforded by being part of Enneagram Insight. In addition to offering counseling services, Jenni will facilitate Enneagram Grief Groups as well as contribute as an Enneagram teacher/facilitator for certain specific workshops.
Jenni has a Master of Arts in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University as well as a Post-Masters Certificate in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. Most importantly, she is married to her husband of 15 years and they have one daughter.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
As a Social 6, Betsie works behind the scenes at Enneagram Insight and finds great joy in connecting as often as possible with people on their Enneagram journey and supporting her husband David. Her degree in Elementary Education from Taylor University has given her many wonderful interactions with children over the years. She is married to David, is Mom to three, and finds gardening to be an enjoyable and therapeutic activity.
